Returns
RQN Melbourne will advise our customers to choose their items carefully. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item do not open it.
You have a calendar of 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping unless otherwise specified. If your product is defective it will be replaced or a refund given return shipping will be refunded by the site.
Contact must be made by you within 3 days of receiving your items.
You are welcome to a refund or exchange where:
the incorrect item(s) are delivered (provided the item(s) have not been opened or tampered with and are in a re-saleable condition); or
an item is faulty; or
to any extent permitted by law
No refund given, the exchange offered or correspondence will be entered into for:
Change of mind
Products that have been opened or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
Incorrect orders made by the recipient
Once 30 days have passed from the shipping date with no contact from the buyer
Gift Certificates or Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
